Bombay Bistro is some of the best Indian food I’ve had in Maine. The interior is so beautiful and the location is perfect. The butter chicken is delicious and the chicken dum biryani is the some of the most authentic I’ve had. Casey, our server, was very kind and attentive.

This place is fantastic! I went to the soft opening which was served buffet style, and again last night for regular dinner service. Both times did not disappoint! The food is authentic and doesn’t shy away from heat if requested. You can taste the time, and effort put into building the deep flavors.
