After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Hotel Management in India, Antonio has managed some of the finest restaurants and hotels across Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
Antonio is also a classically trained chef specializing in Mughlai, South Indian, North Indian, and Thai Cuisines. He also enjoys pursuing innovative and creative concepts in customer service and brand development as well as motivating and guiding staff to build high-performance, cross-functional teams that embody a sound and strong work ethic and a total commitment to customer satisfaction.
As Managing Director, Antonio is deeply committed to building strong base for Bombay Bistro driven by exceptional customer experiences. He is known for developing innovative service concepts, fostering creative brand identities, and mentoring teams to perform at their highest potential. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, discipline, and accountability, creating high-performance, cross-functional teams united by a strong work ethic and an uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction.
